INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUPPORT MANAGER

Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of 4 years directly related experience in the
deployment, maintenance, support, and upgrade of computers, software and
operating systems.

Functional Responsibility:
Directs, establishes, plans, and implements the policies and
procedures to support the customer's information services. Manages the deployment,
maintenance, support and upgrade of servers, desktop PCs, hardware, software,
operating systems, and distributed printers. Relies on experie nce and judgment to
plan and accomplish goals. Supervises support personnel.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
subject or Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification and 6 years of related
experience.
