Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of 5 years directly related and progressively
more responsible experience in the delivery of training instruction and services.

Functional Responsibility:
Provides instruction to clients using course material
developed by the training support staff. Prepares material including handouts,
completion certificates, and course critique forms. Assists the Senior Instructor in the
conduct of formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars, as needed. Familiar
with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field of study.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Management or related
subject. Associate’s degree and 8 years of directly related experience may be
substituted.
