SENIOR INSTRUCTOR

Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of directly related and
progressively more responsible experience in the delivery of training instruction and
services.

Functional Responsibility:
Works collaboratively with other members of the training
support staff, prepares lesson plans, handouts, and syllabi to support training for new
and improved processes. Performs general technical classroom instruction. Instructs
students in various subject matters, utilizing various methods of lecture and
demonstration; uses audiovisual aids and other materials to supplement
presentations.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Management or related
subject. Associate’s degree and 12 years of directly related experience may be
substituted.
