Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of general experience in the field
related to training and instruction.

Functional Responsibility:
Conducts company training programs. Has knowledge of
commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of study. Relies
on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Management or related
subject. Associate’s degree and 2 years of general experience may be substituted.
