Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a training or
classroom instructional setting.

Functional Responsibility:
Participates in and conducts company training programs.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of study.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Management or related
subject. Associate’s degree and 4 years of directly related experience may be
substituted.
