Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of 4 years experience in a training or
classroom instructional setting.

Functional Responsibility:
Provides project support by designing and conducting
training programs in support of the client. Familiar with a variety of concepts,
practices, and procedures in the field of study. Relies on experience and judgment to
plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. Reports directly
to an executive or head of a unit/department.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Management or related
subject. Associate’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience may be
substituted.
