Emergency Room Physician Assistant Emergency Room Physician Assistant needed at Darnall Army Community Hospital, Fort Hood, Killeen, TX. PA must have and maintain appropriate medical license in any US jurisdiction, have and maintain current certification in basic cardiac life support (BCLS), posses current National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification. ACLS and PALS certifications are a plus, but not required. Minimum of two years of experience within the last three years routinely practicing as a physician assistant in rendering of primary care medicine is required. Must possess the skills, experience and autonomy that enables them to manage urgent /acute care patients with minimal physician consultation. Emergency medicine trained or experienced emergency medicine providers are preferred. Excellent pay and benefits provided with up to $2,000.00 reimbursable relocation allowance.
